    Description
    Regional Director of Sales And Marketing


    Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing plans to achieve revenue targets and market penetration goals for all hotels within the region.

    Lead a team of sales and marketing professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and performance management to ensure individual and team success.

    Collaborate with property General Managers and Sales Managers/ leaders to identify market trends, competitive landscape, and revenue opportunities, adjusting strategies as needed.

    Establish and maintain relationships with key corporate clients, travel agencies, and industry partners to drive business and generate repeat bookings.

    Oversee the creation of compelling marketing collateral, digital content, and advertising campaigns to effectively promote the hotels and enhance brand visibility on all OTA sites.

    Utilize market research and data analysis to identify customer preferences and behavior, leveraging insights to optimize pricing, packaging, and promotional efforts.

    Monitor and evaluate the performance of sales and marketing initiatives, tracking key metrics and KPIs to assess effectiveness and ROI.

    Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in sales and marketing, recommending innovative strategies to maintain a competitive edge.

    Collaborate with revenue management teams daily to develop pricing strategies and revenue maximization tactics in alignment with overall sales and marketing objectives.

    Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to build relationships and enhance brand reputation within the region.


    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field; MBA preferred.

    Proven track record of success in sales and marketing leadership roles within the hotel industry, with a minimum of 7-10 years of relevant experience.

    Strong understanding of market dynamics, customer behavior, and competitive landscape in the hospitality sector.

    Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.

    Demonstrated leadership ability, with experience in building, motivating, and managing high-performing teams.
    Strategic thinker with analytical skills and a results-driven mindset, capable of developing and implementing data-driven sales and marketing strategies.
    Proficiency in CRM systems, revenue management software, and digital marketing tools.
    Ability to travel within the region as needed.
