Job description
We're a growing marketing and sales firm based in the Quad Cities, known for delivering high-quality results through retail campaigns and event promotions.
Our team works face-to-face with customers to represent nationally recognized brands, and we're hiring driven individuals to help us expand.
What You'll Do:
Interact with customers at retail stores, community events, and local venue
Promote products and services with professionalism and enthusiasm
Assist in setting up branded displays and promotional tables
Learn our campaigns from the ground up: sales strategy, product positioning, and customer engagement
Report results, gather customer feedback, and help improve performance
Collaborate with your team to meet sales goals and enhance outreach
What We're Looking For:
Friendly, outgoing personality with strong communication skills
Sales, retail, hospitality, or marketing experience preferred (not required)
Ability to learn quickly and work independently
Willingness to work weekends for events and promotions
Self-starter with a positive attitude and team-first mindset
