DEPARTMENT SUMMARY: The St. Charles Health System's Information Technology (IT) Team provides design, development, security, and support to a broad spectrum of computer hardware and software components, all working together for the benefit of departments throughout St. Charles. POSITION OVERVIEW: The Director of Business Platforms, Data and AI Technology, leads transformative initiatives across our organization's technology landscape. Reporting to the Senior Director of Business Transformation, this position is responsible for overseeing reporting and analytics platforms, AI integration, and all technology business platforms such as Workday, ServiceNow, OnBase, and others. This position directly manages caregivers.

EDUCATION:
Required: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Technology Business Administration, or related field.
Preferred: Master's degree in related field.
LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION/REGISTRATION:
Required: Certification in related discipline within Information Technology.

EXPERIENCE:
Required: Minimum seven (7) years related experience overseeing technology systems, reporting and analytics platforms, and AI Integration. Minimum two (2) years of leadership experience.
Preferred: Seven (7) or more years of related experience in the healthcare industry.
