- Provides administrative support to the branch location
- Enters information from various sources into our SAP database and audit for accuracy.
- Answers phones, routes calls and provides customer support.
- Research and resolve billing issues and manage special billing requests.
- Prepares shipping documents, verify outbound loads, certifies accuracy before shipment.
- Assists with compiling and entering month end inventory.
- Count and verify incoming loads for accuracy.
- Provide customer service support.
- Assist and serve as backup for the front counter/Inside Sales team when needed.
- May receive, classify, and route incoming mail.
- May act as receptionist or telephone switchboard operator or as a backup for such a position.
- May operate typewriter, adding machine, calculator, copier, and/or other office machines.
- May conduct limited research of records for information relating to invoices, packing slips, purchase orders, delivery receipts, payments, credits, or other matters related to the function of the employing department.
- Other duties and projects as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
- At least 1 year administrative or clerical experience.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Intermediate computer proficiency with Google Sheets and Docs.
- SAP knowledge and experience strongly preferred.
- Ability to work independently and under some pressure to meet deadlines.
- Working knowledge of business English, spelling, and math; office practices and procedures; departmental rules and regulations.
- Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions and to request clarification when needed.
- Ability to maintain established records and files.
- Ability to greet the public in a customer oriented manner and to deal effectively with their questions or problems, seeking assistance when needed.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, employees, and officials in other departments.
- Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing.

Location: Bluefield, WV
Schedule - (Monday- Friday)
Performs clerical and administrative tasks with a high degree of accuracy, and any combination of the following tasks: Process daily sales tickets, bank deposit; process special handling in billing for customers; data entry; perform as backup for selecting shippers, voice-mail, and customer contacts. Composes and types letters/quotations using computer word processing. Performs general duties as required.
