RESPONSIBILITIES:
Build program Management project plan to include incorporation of LMS, application structure, delivery cadence, and analysis cadence. Design and build operational plan for key programs Meet with and communicate updates to Sr. Manager L&D and / or Sr.

Manager, Manager Experience as needed Partner with stakeholders to receive updated content/resources to incorporate into Program Management and /or Program operations ENGAGEMENT Focus on program management:
The Learning & Development Program Manager will consult with the Sr. Manager of Learning and Development and the Sr.

Manager of Manager Development to scope and execute the documentation, articulation, and preparation of materials for programs and offerings in development.

Focus on program operations:
The Learning & Development Program Manager will consult with the Sr.

Manager of Manager Manager Development to establish and deliver clear end to end operations from announcement of program through final post program analysis and to include but not be limited to:
LMS utilization, survey cadence, application workstream, data collection and analysis support.
