    Job Summary

    We are seeking a motivated and organized individual to oversee the movement of solar projects from contract signing to successful installation. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and proficiency in decision making and problem-solving.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Liaison Role: Act as the primary liaison between local and corporate operations, as well as local sales teams.
    • Goal Achievement: Take accountability for achieving goals set by management.
    • Pipeline Management: Monitor the project pipeline and actively collaborate with the Operations Department and Sales Team to ensure projects meet deadlines.
    • Sales and Operations Meetings: Participate in Sales and Operations Meetings.

    Qualifications & Experience:

    • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills across various platforms.
    • Organizational Abilities: Strong organizational and time management abilities.
    • Decision Making: Proficient in decision making and problem-solving.
    • Teamwork: Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
    • Multidisciplinary Experience: Experience working across multiple departments.
    • Attention to Detail: Attention to detail is essential.
    • Computer Literacy: Computer literacy in Adobe PDF and Microsoft Office.
    • Customer Service Experience: At least 1 year of customer service experience required.
    • CMS Familiarity: Familiarity with Salesforce.com or a similar CRM is preferred.
    • Solar Industry Knowledge: Prior experience in the solar industry is a plus.
    • Project Management: Experience in project management is an advantage.
