- Answering Calls: Be the friendly voice that clients hear first when they contact us.
- Estimate Support: Type up estimates using our estimating software.
- Scheduling: Coordinate estimate appointments and manage schedules.
- Clerical Duties: Assist office manager with daily clerical tasks.
- AP/AR: Assist with accounts payables and accounts receivables.
- Office Maintenance: Keep the office clean and organized.
- Miscellaneous: Other projects and duties as assigned.
- Recent office/admin/reception experience
- 1+ year of recent customer service experience
- Prior dispatching and scheduling experience preferred
- Proficient with computers and software programs (Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook)
- Professional written and verbal communication skills
- Accurate data entry/typing
