    Sequoia Strategies & Solutions has an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to provide JICD 4.2 Geolocation Subject Matter Expert/Action Officer in-support of the Army's TROJAN Fabric User Situational Awareness (FUSE) Precision Geolocation Project at Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD.

    As a JICD 4.2 FUSE SME, you will be helping the US Army manage the implementation of FUSE across the Army SIGINT Community. You will act as the government's lead SME and represent the government at various Intelligence Community meetings and with external partner programs. You will conduct customer engagements with Army and other services' SIGINT programs to help ensure the TROJAN FUSE capability meets each customer requirements and expectations. You will manage the implementation of government-directed outcomes for FUSE software. You will manage an operational FUSE Support Cell and help ensure its success for the government and its customers. You will also provide technical expertise for the integration of requirements, design, and technology; as well as develop and incorporate new plans, designs and systems into ongoing operations.     Requirements

    Current TS/SCI with active CI polygraph required.

    This position may require travel or flexible shifts to support worldwide missions and operational surges

    Experience Required

    • 10 or more years of experience plus a masters degree. 10 years of experience can be substituted for a Masters Degree ( i.e. Bachelors degree +20 years of experience)

    Additional experience required:

    • Demonstrated experience with JICD 4.2 precision geolocation capabilities, mission architectures, sensor implementations, and missions.
    • Fundamental understanding of Frequency Difference of Arrival (FDOA) and Time Difference of Arrival (TDOA) calculation methods.
    • Understanding of the Airborne-Overhead Cooperative Operations (AOCO) Program and its governance structure.
    • Development of system requirements, functional requirements, and allocation of the same to individual hardware, software, facility, and personnel components.
    • Demonstrated experience in Signals Intelligence sensor systems.
    • Initiation, supervision, and/or development of requirements from a project's inception to conclusion for complex to extremely complex programs.
    • Ability to provide strategic advice, technical guidance and expertise to program and project staff.
    • Ability to conduct and provide detailed analysis, evaluation and recommendations for improvements, optimization development, and/or maintenance efforts for client-specific or mission critical challenges/issues.
    • Excellent written and oral communications skills.
    • Experience consulting with government leadership to define needs or problems.
    • Experience supervising studies and surveys to collect and analyze data to provide advice and recommend solutions.
    • Ability to coordinate the resolution of action items from Configuration Control Board (CCB) and Engineering Review Board (ERB) meetings, design reviews, program reviews, and test readiness reviews that require cross-discipline coordination.
