About your role:
As our ACT nurse, you will work as a member of the Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) Team,
serving as a critical component of care to adults with severe mental illness in their homes, places of employment,
and communities. You will work with a team of multidisciplinary staff to help each client succeed in being able
to live happy, successful, and productive lives.
