This job is about working at Evergreen Life Services as Direct Support Professional. The mission of the corporation is to serve provide for and champion individuals with disabilities. The employee will be responsible for maintaining a healthy safe and therapeutic environment for individuals served. It includes ensuring their health welfare assisting them with medication treatment plans cleaning their home managing money daily activities like meal preparation reading usage of telephone use of community services housekeeping clothing care self-care personal hygiene making food purchases preparing meals ensuring maintenance of home and grounds are done as requested completing all required documentation implementing behavioral programs assisting individuals served with their goals identifying potential behavior triggers defusing or redirecting providing transportation in company vehicle as requested.Qualifications Experience Job Knowledge
- At least 21 years old due to auto liability coverage.
- Able to read write communicate verbally in English.
