    As a Starbucks UX Design Manager, you will shape the future of Starbucks marketer experience and marketer's tools in close partnership with the Starbucks Technology team. You and your team will help drive and transform of how we manage digital assets and digital menu boards, enabling Starbucks paths to innovation and elevating the brand across different touch points. The ideal candidate excels in problem-solving, strategic thinking, and innovation, serving as a critical link between UX, store operations, marketing and tech leadership across the company.     • Lead a talented and high performing team of UX designers, responsible for end to end product experiences and features across desktop, mobile and more.
    • Be part of the UX leadership team — collaborating with other managers and represent UX best practices and value across the company.
    • Champion user-centered design culture by understand your diverse user base (Starbucks marketing professionals, baristas and customers).
    • Build effective relationships with key stakeholders and cross functional teams - working closely with Marketing and Technical leaders.
    • Collaborate with UX research to ensure we are solving the right opportunities and the right problems.
    • Influence stakeholders across organizations to gain support for design strategies in marketer's tool portfolio and marketing content space.
    • Collaborate with the creative studio on marketing and product content in digital menu boards.
    • Lead designers to deliver key product initiatives, aligning efforts with organizational goals, mentor designers across the design organization.
    • Be a true servant leader by nurturing and mentoring designers—develop, hire and evaluate talent.
    Skills And Qualities
    • Depth of expertise in user experience, with a proven track record of leading design teams.
    • Highly skilled in storytelling and influence, comfortable communicating across all organizational levels.
    • Emerging understanding of organizational context and goals, connecting team efforts to a broader ecosystem.
    • Ability to shift from the project mindset to the strategic mindset.
    • Upholds Starbucks mission and values while acting as a positive role model for delivering meaningful business results.
    Preferred Qualifications
    • Experience in designing internal marketing specific tools
    • Large formate digital display design experience
    • Experience with agile/persistent teams
