    We're looking for an experienced Campaign Management Specialist to design and execute impactful marketing campaigns that elevate brand awareness, drive engagement, and contribute to pipeline growth. In this role, you'll collaborate across Marketing, Product, and Sales to ensure that all campaigns are integrated, strategic, and optimized.

    What You'll Do:

    • Campaign Strategy & Planning: Design and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns that align with objectives and target audience insights. Map out audience journeys and collaborate with partners to incorporate their value propositions into campaigns.
    • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product Marketing on audience targeting and messaging. Collaborate with Content creators for effective asset management and engage with Creative teams on campaign design and web requirements.
    • Execution & Optimization: Launch and manage campaigns using digital, email, paid media, social, and events. Regularly analyze performance and optimize strategies for maximum ROI.
    • Performance Analysis & Reporting: Set KPIs based on historical data, monitor campaign effectiveness, and provide insights to stakeholders to guide decision-making.
    • Lead Management: Partner with Sales and Channel teams to assess lead quality and track campaign influence on pipeline and revenue generation.
    • Budget Oversight: Create and manage campaign budgets, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently. Collaborate with agencies to make real-time adjustments based on performance.

    Qualifications:

    • 5+ years of marketing experience, particularly in campaign management or demand generation roles.
    • Success in building and scaling integrated marketing programs across diverse channels.
    • B2B technology or SaaS sector experience strongly preferred.
    • Deep understanding of the sales funnel and buyer's journey, and ability to create campaigns that facilitate movement from awareness to purchase.
    • Experience in an agile environment and utilizing project management tools.
    • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in marketing automation, CRM, and analytics tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, Google Analytics).
    • Excellent communication and storytelling abilities, capable of presenting insights to senior leadership.
    • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adept at managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
    • A collaborative mindset with adaptability to work cross-functionally.
