    Description

    About this role:

    Wells Fargo is seeking a Loan Documentation Processor on the National Insurance and Project Review Team as a part of Flood Insurance and Exception Reviews Team within Home Lending.

    In this role, you will:

    • Support in performing a variety of loan documentation duties on moderately complex loans to ensure compliance with company's policies and procedures for loan products
    • Perform loan documentation for moderately complex loans
    • Interpret insurance policies while analyzing applicant, property, and documentation, ordering all required verifications, documentation, and subsequent follow ups
    • Receive direction from Loan Documentation supervisor and escalate non-routine questions
    • Manage an assigned pipeline of loans in a high risk flood zone or requiring exception reviews.
    • Work with agents and sales partners to obtain required insurance documents and additional information required for underwriter's review
    • Communicate both verbally and in writing with different parties.
    • Interact with immediate Loan Documentation team and functional area on routine process

    Required Qualifications:

    • 2+ years of customer service, loan administration, collections, or sales environment experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

    Desired Qualifications:

    • 1+ year of CORE experience
    • Excellent verbal/written communication skills
    • Intermediate Experience with Outlook, MS Teams
    • Experience with insurance documentation
    • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
    • Excellent time management skills
    • Ability to follow documented procedures

    Job Expectations:

    • Manage an individual pipeline of loans
    • Work with agents and sales partners to obtain required insurance documents and additional information required for underwriter's review.
    • This job offers a hybrid work schedule once training is completed.
    • Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
    • Relocation assistance is not available for this position.
