    We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Developer to join our healthcare recruiting team.

    The Business Developer for Healthcare Recruiting will have a passion for building and nurturing client relationships, a deep understanding of the healthcare industry, and a proven track record of driving business growth.

    As a Business Developer for Healthcare Recruiting, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, cultivating partnerships with healthcare organizations, and expanding our client base.

    This role offers the opportunity to play a pivotal role in the growth and success of our recruiting firm within the healthcare sector.

    Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or related field. MBA preferred.


    • Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management within the healthcare industry, with a focus on recruiting or staffing solutions.
    • Deep understanding of the healthcare landscape, including knowledge of industry trends, regulations, and challenges.
    • Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales and marketing tools.
    • Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
    Identify and prospect potential healthcare clients, including hospitals, clinics, medical practices, and healthcare facilities.


    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within target organizations.
    • Understand client needs and pain points, and effectively communicate how our recruiting services can address their staffing challenges.
    • Collaborate with the recruiting team to develop customized solutions and proposals for clients.
    • Lead negotiations and contract discussions with clients to secure new business partnerships.
    • Drive business growth by meeting or exceeding sales targets and revenue goals.
    • Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business expansion.
    • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote our services and brand.
    • Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, pipeline status, and market insights to management.
