    POSITION SUMMARY:
    Seeking a servant-leader Scrum Master who thrives in fast-paced, agile environments. You'll be responsible for coaching high-performing teams, facilitating key Agile ceremonies, and removing roadblocks to accelerate delivery. This role is ideal for someone passionate about team health, continuous improvement, and helping organizations build better software, faster.
    Requirements
    EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, a related field, or equivalent work experience
    • 5+ years of experience in project management
    • PMP, SAFe Scrum Master, or Certified Scrum Master Certification
    • Experience in Telecommunications field preferred
    SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
    • Highly motivated, self-starter with a strong sense of duty
    • Deep understanding of Agile and Scrum principles
    • Familiarity with Agile tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, ClickUp, Jira)
    • Ability to analyze and interpret Agile metrics
      • Team velocity improvements over time
      • Sprint predictability & delivery consistency
      • Reduced cycle times
      • Increased quality/bug rate and bug MTTR
      • Code coverage
    • Basic knowledge of SDLC, DevOps, and software delivery processes
    • Excellent facilitation, coaching, and communication skills
    • Conflict resolution and negotiation capabilities
    • Servant-leadership mindset and team-first orientation
    • Ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders
    • Mature critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to think outside the box and devise a course of corrective action
    • Highly organized and efficient with the ability to multitask, prioritizes tasks appropriately
    • Goes above and beyond to ensure stakeholder satisfaction
