    Job Description:

    • Provide financial and analytical support and serve as a key business partner and advisor to the Division CFO, Plant GM and staff.
    • Support continuous improvement efforts and drive actions with leadership
    • Prepare, analyze, and present financial results in comparison to the annual business plan and periodic forecasting scenarios. Initiate and implement timely corrective action with plant leadership to capitalize on opportunities for improvement.
    • Develop and measure key financial performance indicators.
    • Monitor and evaluate monthly spending and absorption levels to meet overall company goals.
    • Lead monthly forecasting and annual budgeting process at the plant level.
    • Coordinate and support internal, external, and SOX audits, while participating in the audit reviews to ensure no material audit adjustments or material internal control weaknesses are noted.
    • Assist in planning, developing, and coordinating implementation of financial accounting systems. Formulate user plans that support Plant and Division objectives and coordinate activities with Information Technology.
    • Effectively and professionally, represent the plant in Corporate and government reporting matters.
    • Provide leadership and develop department staff while maintaining cost control.
    • Responsible for ensuring internal controls are adequate around the Reporting Cycle, G/L maintenance, JE control,
    • Account Reconciliation, User Privileges, Period-Open/Close and Risk Management Assessment.
    • Review and evaluate proposed capital investments.
    • Ensure work is in compliance with company policies and professional standards.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelors in Accounting or Finance required (MBA and/or CPA is a plus)
    • 8-10+ years accounting experience in public accounting or manufacturing
    • 4+ years managerial/supervisory experience
    • Larger scale ERP experience preferred
    • Good leadership and project management skills
    • Strong presentation skills and ability to work well in team environment
