Qualified candidates should possess the following qualifications:

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proficient in Using Computers
• USA Citizenship a Requirement
• Driver License or Chauffeurs License
• Ability to drive forklifts & trucks
• Organized Handling of Materials & Paperwork
• Good Record Keeping Skills
• Self-motivated & Ability to multi-task
• Excellent Communication Skills

JOB DUTIES:

• Coordinate daily with the Purchasing & Manufacturing departments
• Utilize computers to log in material receipts and job updates
• Coordinate Incoming & Outgoing Materials Receipts & Packing Slips with Purchasing
• Responsible for packaging & shipping Machined details & Sub-Assemblies
• Track Materials Receipt vs Outstanding for Specific Jobs
• Track incoming & outgoing Details sent for Special Processing (heat treat, plating, powder-coat, etc.)
• Responsible for monitoring stock material; and keeping Crib well organized and clean
• Assist in keeping shop clean in all departments including rest rooms
• Pick-up and delivery of goods to customers
