    Job Title: HR Learning Management Systems (Medical Enterprise)

    Department: Human Resources

    Location: Los Angeles, On-Site, and then Hybrid)

    Pay Rate: $38-$48/ HR

    Temp to Hire (benefits available)

    Job Summary:

    The HR Learning Management Systems Specialist oversees the daily operations of the learning/assessment application used by medical enterprise staff and management. You'll manage and provide ongoing administration, support, maintenance, upgrades, reporting, and end-user assistance to the Learning Management System (Healthstream). The role involves optimizing the system's functionalities, delivering training content effectively, documenting processes, and providing learning analytics to leadership.

    Job Qualifications:

    Education:

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field (required).
    • High School diploma and 2-3 years of work experience with LMS applications can substitute for educational requirements.

    Work Experience:

    • At least one (1) year of experience administrating and supporting an LMS application like Healthstream (required).
    • Experience working with Healthstream in a hospital setting is strongly preferred (1 year preferred).

    Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

    • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
    • Highly proficient in verbal and written communication.
    • Experience with other HR Applications (Workday, Cornerstone, Kronos, or Document Management Systems) is a plus.

    Licenses/Certifications:

    • Fire Life Safety Training (LA City) required within 30 days of hire (if not already obtained).

    Job Accountabilities:

    • Support HR Learning Management Systems, troubleshoot issues, and ensure end-user satisfaction.
    • Collaborate with teams to optimize processes and ensure data integrity.
    • Document business rules, identify enhancements, and apply continuous process improvement methods.
    • Manage assignments in learning management applications, consult on content delivery, and provide testing for trainings.
    • Acquire and provide data from HR Learning Management systems for reporting and validation.
    • Manage projects effectively and ensure Joint Commission requirements are met.
    • Act as the primary liaison for local HR Learning Management Systems and publish learnings to ensure compliance and tracking requirements are met.
