    Account/Sales Manager Location: Nashville Job Description Mayker is looking for an exceptionally talented, dependable, resourceful, and self-motivated Interiors Account Manager to join our Nashville team. A sales-focused position, youll be integral at a foundational level in growing the Mayker brand and establishing a happy and loyal clientele.

    Account Managers are Maykers top brand ambassadors. They are responsible for driving strategic sales growth for interior design projects (both commercial and residential), providing a personal and unforgettable client experience, and managing B2B relationships in the interiors industry. As stewards of the brand, Account Managers are experts at relationships and feel at home with a variety of discerning clients. Account Managers will optimize warm leads and establish new partnerships to build an opportunity pipeline that A) aligns Mayker with the ideal clientele and B) exceeds sales goals.

    Job Requirements Responsibilities

    Serve as an ambassador of the Mayker brand

    Understand the brand's story, vision, and method. Being able to naturally convey this to clients.

    Work passionately with a growing team to meet and exceed sales goals

    Field inbound opportunities guiding potential clients from interest to enrollment through discovery calls, site visits, and brand education

    Develop and nurture client relationships

    Establish strong B2B partnerships that result in consistent lead generation

    Seek out new potential business opportunities and alignments

    Be data driven. Understand how to optimize our services for more efficient and higher revenue services.

    Stay well informed of the industry. Understand the competitive landscape locally and nationally. Always be focused on betterment.

    Consider creative, industry-changing ways Mayker Interiors can optimize and improve each clients experience.

    Measure client satisfaction and utilize feedback to propose strategic improvements to Maykers process and brand.
