As a Permanent Escrow Officer, you will play a key role in managing real estate transactions for our clients.

This position requires a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional who is experienced in handling complex transactions, managing relationships with multiple stakeholders, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of escrow transactions, including opening, processing, and closing.
• Communicate effectively with all parties involved in the transaction, including buyers, sellers, lenders, and real estate agents.
• Review and interpret contracts and agreements to ensure that all terms and conditions are met.
• Coordinate with lenders to prepare and review loan documents, and ensure timely funding and recording.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions, and ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations.
• Identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies that may arise during the transaction.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners to drive repeat business.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience as an escrow officer, with a proven track record of successfully managing complex transactions.
• Comprehensive knowledge of escrow principles and practices, as well as state and federal regulations.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Superior attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
• Proficiency in using escrow software and other relevant technology tools.
• A commitment to providing exceptional customer service, and the ability to handle client inquiries and concerns with professionalism and tact.
• A bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field is preferred, but not required. Relevant certifications or licenses are a plus.
