    Tiny Hero is an industry leading entertainment marketing agency based in Burbank, CA.

    We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled creative artist to join our motion design team.

    The ideal candidate must be available to work full-time at our studio in Burbank, CA, and willing to work overtime when necessary.

    To succeed in this role, you should have:

    • A solid understanding of 2D and 3D design principles
    • Proficiency in creating fresh and innovative looks and animations, as well as adhering to existing design language and brand identity
    • Knowledge of current and cutting-edge 2D and 3D, theatrical and social motion design trends
    • Experience with industry-standard software such as After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator
    • Excellent design, typography, and layout skills
    • Ability to composite integrated graphics with footage, including retouching, coloring, roto, and tracking/match move

    This position involves assisting the graphics team in designing and animating 2D and 3D motion graphics for high-end branded content, from conceptualization to delivery. Key responsibilities include:

    • Assisting in the creation of motion graphics for various formats and specs
    • Maintaining existing workflow and file structure/organization
    • Adapting assets to changing direction and maintaining project continuity

    Candidates must be able to detail their contribution to their work and provide a link to their demo reel.

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: $105,600 - $145,760 per year (based on a 40-hour workweek)

    Education:

    • High school or equivalent (preferred)

    Experience:

    • After Effects: 2-5 years (required)
    • Cinema 4D: 1 year (preferred)
