Position Overview:
As a Clinical Chemo Pharmacist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality of pharmaceutical services.

Your responsibilities will include developing and coordinating clinical service programs that focus on quality assurance activities, educational endeavors, clinically specialized services, and monitoring and evaluation of drug therapy.

This role is not just about prescriptions; it's about delivering exceptional care to special patients who require extra thoughtfulness.


Qualifications:

• Two to three years of experience as a clinical pharmacist
• Minimum of 1 year of pharmacy residency preferred
• Effective munication skills, both orally and in writing, with all levels of hospital staff, physicians, and the general public
• Quarterly American Heart Association (AHA) Resuscitation Quality Improvement (RQI) petency certification posthire is mandatory for this location. Ongoing petency is required through internal facility resources.

pensation:

• Estimated range: $76.55$81.00 per hour
