Opportunity Snapshot:

• Compensation: $22-26/hour DOE
• Location: Alexander, ND
• Assignment Duration: 12 months +
• Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 40 hours +
• Benefits: Comprehensive with 401K, holidays and PTO

Responsibilities:

• Greet clients and set a positive office atmosphere
• Answer the phone, take messages, and redirect calls to appropriate offices
• Organize and maintain files and records; update when necessary
• Create and maintain updated documents and spreadsheets
• Oversee sorting and distribution of incoming mail
• Prepare outgoing mail (envelopes, packages, etc.)
• Operate office equipment, such as photocopier, printers, etc

Qualifications:

• 1-5 years' relevant work experience.
• Computer savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Suites (Excel, Outlook and Word)
• SCADA knowledge preferred
• A good understanding of project scheduling preferred
• Good communication skills
• Pay attention to details and well organized
• Work independently with minimum supervision
• High spirited, eager to learn, takes initiative, feels comfortable working out of the comfort zone dedicated and dependable
• Positive individual who can take detailed direction
• Willing to learn new skills and receptive to change; will be required to learn new software being rolled out
