The Director is responsible for the overall direction and management of multiple physician offices.Key Accountabilities
Develop working relationships with physicians and extenders for assigned practices in order to help retain providers. Ensure implementation of Norton strategic initiatives within the practices, including but not limited to, Press Ganey goals for patient satisfaction,
Employee Opinion survey results,,90 day action plans and achievement of financial goals.
