    Overview:


    The Democratic National Committee is seeking a Project Manager to manage and develop analytics solutions to support and guide the outreach efforts of the Biden Campaign and other Democratic campaigns.

    This person will work closely with members of the Analytics Engineering team, the rest of analytics, and other vendors and partner organizations to manage the development of analysis and statistical tools.

    We are looking for folks with a variety of backgrounds and experiences, and are dedicated to building a team that looks like America.


    Key Responsibilities:


    Collaborate with members of the analytics team, external stakeholders, vendors, and partner organizations to prioritize, brainstorm, schedule, and implement engineering work.

    Schedule and monitor project timelines and oversee day-to-day technical workflows.
    Communicate with stakeholders to understand needs and communicate clear deliverables and deadlines across teams.


    Preferred Skills & Qualifications:


    2+ years of experience managing or taking a senior role in projects applying data, engineering, or advanced analytics tools in a business, campaign, or non-profit setting.

    Experience coordinating time sensitive projects with external vendors and stakeholders.
    Ability to communicate technical concepts to a non-technical audience, both in writing and verbally.
    A desire to thrive in a fast-paced work environment and implement creative solutions to unique problems.

    Additional Useful Skills & Qualifications:
    Familiarity with NGPVAN, ActionNetwork, Mobilize, Scale to Win, and other political tech tools.
    Experience volunteering or working on a political campaign data team or with the Voter File preferred but not required.
    The salary for this position is $95,000, on an annualized basis, commensurate with experience and qualifications. This position is in the bargaining unit represented by SEIU Local-500.
