- Create and manage roadmaps pertaining to automated testing efforts across the F-18 program
- Work across test, simulation, and mission systems' teams in order to drive automated-testing efforts to completion
- Work with end users of the test environment to determine pain points, manual testing, and potential improvements to ensure new efforts add maximum value
- Coordinate during estimates to understand testing approach and find ways to add value with automated testing, eliminate manual processes, and introduce testing early in the SDLC
- Report status on ongoing initiatives
- Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science
- 1+ year of experience leading a software team
- 3+ years of experience programming in C, C++, C#, Python, Java, or Ada
- 2+ years of experience with automating software builds, unit tests, integration tests, deployment, and installations using a DevOps tool chain using Artifactory and/or Gitlab
- 2+ years of experience with automated testing
- 9+ years related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD, Master+7 years' related work experience)
- 3+ years of experience leading a software team
- 5+ years of experience programming in C, C++, C#, Python, Java, or Ada
- 5+ years of experience with DevSecOps and/or complex software build plans
- 5+ years of experience with automated testing

The Boeing Company is currently seeking a Mid-Level or Senior Product Manager/Software Engineer (Experienced or Senior) to join the Flight Simulation Labs - DevSecOps, Infrastructure, Tools & IRAD team located in Berkeley, MO. This position will focus on supporting the Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) business organization.
Our teams are currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels including Experienced or Senior Product Manager / Software Engineer.
Position Responsibilities:
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
Security Clearance and Export Control Requirements:
This position requires the ability to obtain a Secret U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. Ability to obtain Secret U.S. Security Clearance Post-Start.
