This is a full-time on-site role for a Line Cook. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of menu items according to our recipes and standards. You will collaborate with the culinary team to ensure timely and efficient food production. Attention to detail, precision, and adherence to food safety and sanitation guidelines are essential in this role. • Experience as a Line Cook or in a similar role
• Knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary terminology
• Ability to follow recipes and execute cooking procedures accurately
• Excellent knife skills and proficiency in various cooking methods
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Culinary degree or certification is a plus
