**Candidate will work from home but will need to go on-site to client projects as needed

**Once candidate is identified, we will need to send a link to an aptitude test (40 minutes) and a recorded video interview link - Once passed, candidates will be scheduled for final round interview**

Day To Day:

Champion the successful implementation of key projects, meeting client requirements and timelines. Drive the optimization of IT system performance and reliability by proactively addressing challenges. Enhance team collaboration and communication, contributing to the success of every project.

Prior Experience:

Proven project execution expertise with a track record of successful implementations. Strong technical proficiency in infrastructure components and systems. Strong technical proficiency in configuring and deploying various infrastructure changes, including firewalls, servers, networking, and wireless.

Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to system optimization.

Outstanding communication and collaboration abilities for effective stakeholder engagement. Client-focused mindset with a commitment to ensuring client satisfaction. Flexibility, adaptability, and a customer-centric approach to project execution.

Job Qualifications:

Experience working with remote teams is desired.

Hands-on deployment and troubleshooting experience for different technologies including endpoints, servers, cloud technologies, networks, etc.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, and at times high-pressure consulting environment. Experience using Professional Services Automation (PSA) tools or ticketing platforms such as ConnectWise is required. Experience using Remote Monitoring and Management tools (RMM) such as Kaseya or LabTech/ConnectWise Automate, is required.
