    $90,000.00 To 120,000.00 Annually

    You will manage partners by establishing and maintaining a communication cadence with your portfolio and provide proactive reporting on their status internally.

    Candidates ideal for this role are tenacious about growth, are goal oriented, and have experience building detailed plans with Partners/Customers.

    Responsibilities
    Develop and execute channel strategies to expand market reach, increase revenue, and enhance partner engagement.
    Report on key metrics on strategy in addition to partner lead volume, sales revenue, and partner rewards programs.
    Manage our Partner Community (Portal) ensuring fresh and relevant content and enhancements to increase Partner adoption.
    Build key relationships to create meaningful partnerships with our Strategic Partner Accounts. Ability to work with various levels within an account's organization including Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Executive Leadership
    Working closely with other cross-functional management teams in the marketing and product groups to optimize channel presence and leads.
    Conduct product presentations to partners and end users virtually and/or in person.
    Develop new relationships with assigned accounts by networking and cold calling.
    Ability to travel and train reseller teams, work tradeshows, and work with end-users.
    Qualifications / Core Competencies
    Must be incredibly self-motivated, highly driven and possess strong account management and sales skills.
    Ability to adapt to changing business issues and requirements and be creative in suggesting innovative approaches.
    Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills
    Ability to travel 50%
    US based – Applicant based in Chicago area preferred.
    CRM experience, preferably in Salesforce
    Experience
    Minimum of 5-7 years in a quota carrying channel sales role with demonstrated achievement.
    Demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced, ever-changing environment.
    Experience working with National Channel Resellers, CDW experience preferred.
    Education
    BS/BA highly preferred
