Emplify Health by Gundersen is hiring for a Clinician Sourcing Specialist to play a key role in building strong talent pipelines and supporting our mission to deliver exceptional healthcare.
In this role, you'll partner closely with Clinician Recruiters and Hiring Leaders to understand staffing needs and develop proactive,inovative sourcing strategies for critical and hard-to-fill positions.
