Health Advocates Network ishiring a Collections Coordinator (1 Year Exp Req) This is a full-time contract position at a nationally recognized hospitallocated in High Point, NC.

• Pay Rate: $18.00 to $25.00 per hour (commensurate on experience and skill level)
• Shift: Days (8hrs)
• Start Date: ASAP
• Contract Length: 15 weeks (temp-to-perm)
• 100% REMOTE Position

Job Summary: The Collections Coordinator is responsible for tracking and resolving outstanding payment issues within a fast-paced, goal-oriented collections department. Additional responsibilities include interaction with insurance companies, preparing paperwork, as well as accurately inputting and documenting all actions within the collections system.

Collections Coordinator Qualification and Requirements:

• High School diploma/ GED required
• 1 year of Home Infusion collections and Specialty Pharmacy collections experience required
• Experience with conducting account research and analysis, resolving payer discrepancies, and accountability for reducing delinquencies in assigned accounts
