    Estimator Role for Multifamily Construction Projects


    The Mountain Management Group is seeking a skilled Estimator to join our team. As an Estimator, you will be responsible for providing pre-construction services that support the success of our multifamily construction projects.




    1. Key Responsibilities:


      • Provide accurate and detailed estimates of project costs, including materials, labor, and equipment.

      • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.

      • Collaborate with project managers to identify potential cost-saving opportunities and implement effective solutions.

        • The use of Microsoft Office Suite particularly Excel is also mandatory.  Additional responsibilities include strong prioritization skills.  199% accuracy in report generation using Timberline software
