Requirements to be successful in this role:
- Prior experience in a Marriott brand or luxury hotel preferred
- Must be available work a flexible 4:30 PM-11 PM schedule including weekends and holidays
- 21+ years old to serve alcohol
- Intimate knowledge of - and experience with - various spirits, classic cocktails, beer, & wine
- TIPS/ServSafe Alcohol Certification is a plus
- Knowledge of retail math for handling cash transactions
- Familiarity with basic math skills for measuring ingredients and calculating drink prices
- Ability to handle food safely and follow proper food handling procedures
- Excellent English communication skills and able to read, write and speak fluently
