    Clinic - 4 days monthly, surgical first assist days
    Call schedule - 8 days monthly with 24-hour weekend coverage
    8 patients per shift
    Hospital privileges required
    Both inpatient and outpatient care
    Hospital rounding required
    Phone consultations included
