    G.A. Rogers & Associates has partnered with our Addison, Texas based client who is targeting a dynamic Accounting Leader to join their growing team.

    They are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Accounting Manager to lead their international accounting and reporting functions, ensuring accurate and timely financial data for a rapidly growing SaaS subsidiary and the global entities. This role will oversee outsourcing partners, manage monthly closes, standardize processes, and contribute to continuous improvement.

    Responsibilities:

    Leadership:

    • Lead the accounting team for our SaaS subsidiary, managing day-to-day processes like A/P, A/R, and collections.
    • Direct and review the work of international accounting teams
    • Oversee monthly closing for subsidiaries, including support schedules, accruals, intercompany, and fixed assets.
    • Lead the financial reporting process
    • Manage escalations: vendor management, questions, etc
    Standardization & Improvement:
    • Champion the standardization of financial accounts and processes across the company.
    • Review journal entries to ensure correct departmental and construction accounting usage.
    • Drive continuous improvement in financial reporting and GL accounting processes.
    Collaboration & Support:
    • Assist and support with the external audit process.
    • Contribute to process documentation and creation of internal control and accounting policies.
    • Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment.
    Qualifications:
    • Master's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
    • Progressive experience in public accounting (Big Four, etc)
    • At least 5 years of relevant accounting/reporting experience.
    • Strong understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles.
    • Analytical mind with strong problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Adaptability to changing accounting standards and projects.
    • Detail-oriented with strong critical thinking skills.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
    Preferred:
    • International company experience.
    • Real estate or construction industry experience.
    • Knowledge of IFRS and other international accounting frameworks
    • NetSuite experience
    • Additional language skills
    Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $110, $145,000.00 Per Year
