    Responsibilities

    • Develop captivating job descriptions, handbooks, and policies while analyzing workforce compensation.
    • Support the development of affirmative action plans and filing of Vets 4212 and EEO-1 reports.
    • Manage salary administration, job evaluation, performance appraisal, and benefit programs.
    • Align HR processes and programs to support overall business plans and strategies.
    • Develop policies, procedures, and programs to meet specific business and development needs.
    • Conduct comprehensive new hire orientations and assist in performance management.
    • Manage client benefit programs and handle workers' compensation and unemployment claims.
    • Assist with personnel matters, pre-employment screening, and resolve discrepancies.
    Skills and Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree or higher in a business-related or HR field. PHR, SPHR, or CCP certification preferred.
    • At least 3 years of HR Generalist experience in a fast-paced professional environment.
    • Strong compensation background with expertise in benchmarking, salary surveys, bonus plans, gap analysis, banding, rewards, strategic HR, and retention.
    • Experience providing HR services to federal government contractors.
    • Proven track record of implementing organization-wide systems and advancing human capital strategies.
    • Ability to provide executive-level coaching and guidance on performance management and employee relations.
    • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
    • Knowledge of federal and state HR compliance, including FLSA, FMLA, OFCCP, COBRA, ADA, and USERRA.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
    • Strong attention to detail, multitasking, and time management abilities.
