Insight Global is looking for a Technical Business Analyst to join one of our Private Equity clients and sit in NYC 3 days/week. This person will be joining the Middle Office Technology group and working with Middle Office professionals to understand and produce business and functional requirements and collaborate with the development teams to implement solutions. There will be cross functional collaboration with internal resources as well as application vendors to establish the appropriate development approach, budget and timeline. They will develop end-user training materials and deliver training to a broad user base while assisting with the analysis of Middle Office platform processes and capabilities and the ongoing development of a technology strategy. This resource will need to partner with the business/key stakeholders to ensure SLAs and other key metrics are met or exceeded.

Skills and Requirements
5+ years of professional experience, most recently in a BA Middle Office role
SQL experience with ability to write queries and join tables
Experience building and using Tableau Dashboards to make data more functional and usable for key business stakeholders
Knowledge of middle and back-office application platforms (TradeFlow, CTM, ClearPar, FXAll, TriOptima, etc.)
Deep understanding of the middle and Back Office post-trade functions (eg, trade operations, collateral management, asset servicing, reconciliation, etc.)
Subject matter expertise in financial instruments (Bank Loans, Bonds, Derivatives, etc.)
Experience working with data warehouses and Business Intelligence platforms - Knowledge of OMS/EMS platforms
Deep understanding of the full trade lifecycle
Snowflake Data Cloud
Advanced Degree null
