    Responsibilities

    The

    Commercial Deposit Officer II

    facilitates the on-boarding of new and expansion of existing deposit relationships to the Bank. Cross-sells all Bank products & services assisting clients in meeting their banking needs.
    Qualifications


    MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
    :


    Conducts and manages deposit and product sales for new relationship development including on-boarding (client meeting, analysis, proposal prep) and follow up for proper coding.

    Performs weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting reviews with Relationship Manager (RM) of production reports to determine opportunities with the RM portfolio to be developed.

    Direct calling on new and existing clientele in support of RM, to increase product penetration, satisfaction level of client and gain referral opportunities.

    Acts as liaison to the branches in providing required information needed for deposit and product servicing.
    Performs periodic product reviews with clients, with assistance of RM.
    Provides leadership, coaching and support to direct reports.
    Requirements:

    High School Diploma or equivalent
    5 years of business banking operations and sales experience
    2 years in a similar role
    Working knowledge about commercial banking products and services
    Client calling and sales skills
    Knowledge about bank procedures regarding deposit products
    Good verbal and written communication skills
    Strong organization skills
    Attention to detail
    Preferences:

    Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance or related field
    Previous supervisory or leadership experience
