Description
*Registered Nurse - ICU**$10,000 sign on*Day shift position**work 4 -ten hour shifts*Minimum Education: Associate degree from accredited School of Nursing
Required License/Registration:
Current and unencumbered WV RN License.
BLS Certification, ACLS, Pals Certification within 1 year
Minimum Experience:
Minimum of three years of clinical experience in a hospital setting Experience with computerized clinical information system.
Assists the Clinical Director in the improvement of clinical outcomes in the ICU Department.
Coordinates performance improvement activities and audits, regulatory compliance, customer service initiatives to increase patient satisfaction and meet DHS Goals of Quality/Safety, Sustainability, Employee Engagement and a positive Patient Experience.
