Balfour Beatty is seeking a Senior HR Generalist to join our team in Dallas. The Senior HR Generalist will serve as a business partner to the Corporate Services division and ensure successful recruitment, onboarding, development and retention of employees.Responsibilities
- Collaborate with divisional recruiter to assist with job posting opportunities after consulting hiring managers and conducting behavioral interviews etc.
- Manages all aspects of company's hiring due diligence practices such as mandatory pre-employment substance abuse testing and background and credit checking as required.
