Roles

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming inquiries (calls, emails, faxes, etc.) from patients and physicians seeking services.
• Organize basic appointment bookings for designated specialty services in the department, while maintaining patient information in the relevant scheduling system (Meditech, IDX, OCIS, MOSAIQ, or EPIC).

Requirements:

• Minimum of one year of relevant experience
• Prior experience with Epic is a plus
