    Description

    We are looking for a highly experienced Business Analyst to join our team!

    • 5+ years of hands-on experience focused on Medicare and Medicaid programs
    • Deep understanding of modern eligibility programs, such as SNAP/TANF, along with related policies and procedures
    • Extensive expertise in SNAP/TANF to drive results
    • Serve as a bridge between the technical and business teams
    • Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Program Leadership, and Technical Resources to tackle challenges
    • Address queries regarding program requirements from all team members
    • Define and record both functional and technical specifications for service delivery products
    • Familiarity with State-Sponsored Benefits Eligibility and Enrollment (E&E) Programs
    • Excellent skills in client interaction
    • Proficiency in MS Office applications like Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
