We are seeking a highly skilled Appian Lead Developer to join our team. As a Senior Appian Developer, you will be responsible for designing and developing end-to-end features and modules within the Appian platform. Your expertise in Appian will be crucial in creating efficient process models, custom data types (CDTs), records, reports, and sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize deep knowledge of Appian to design and develop features/modules from conception to implementation.
• Develop and optimize process models, CDTs, records, reports, and sites within the Appian environment.
• Implement best practices for performance management, both from the Appian and database side.
• Collaborate with integration teams to develop and maintain seamless connections with external systems using web APIs.
• Implement application user roles and security measures to ensure data integrity and user access control.
• Demonstrate proficiency in coding and troubleshooting/debugging within the Appian platform.
• Deploy applications in various environments using both manual and automated approaches.
• Work within an Agile methodology framework, participating in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Maintain Appian certification and stay updated on platform advancements and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Appian certification is required.
• Extensive hands-on experience in developing and deploying solutions within the Appian platform.
• Proficiency in performance optimization techniques for Appian applications and associated databases.
• Strong understanding of integration principles and experience working with web APIs.
• Ability to implement and manage application user roles and security measures effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience working in Agile development environments.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team.
