As Restaurant Shift Lead, you will provide exceptional customer service to Jimmy John's customers while delivering high-quality sandwiches. Develop strong relationships with your team and manager by demonstrating a positive attitude and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide top-notch customer service
• Maintain store cleanliness and adhere to safety protocols
• Prepare and serve high-quality sandwiches
• Train and develop team members

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years or older
• Prior management experience preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Working Conditions:

Work in a moderately loud and fast-moving environment with moderate music levels. Maintain focus and apply safety best practices when using equipment.

Physical Requirements:

Stand for the length of the shift, lift up to 30 pounds, and climb a ladder if necessary.

Availability:

• 10-19 hours per week
• 20-29 hours per week

Shifts:

• 10:30 AM - 3:00 PM
• 3:00 PM - 9:00 PM
