- Assist servers, bartenders, and other members of the staff with the execution of service in the restaurant.
- Assist the servers by refilling beverages and water and running food to the tables.
- Remain aware of dirty, clean, and occupied tables to assist servers in bussing and resetting them.
- Assist with the restocking of ice, cups, condiments, and to-go items.
- Complete all side work as directed.
- Ensure that the guest and non-guest areas are both maintained and cleaned.
- Work as part of a high-energy, efficient team in a fast-paced environment. Work effectively and efficiently with other team members from all hotel departments.
- Be familiar with all Hotel services/features and local attractions/activities to respond to guest inquiries accurately.
- High school diploma or equivalent experience.
- Familiar with the industry's best practices.
- Commitment to guest satisfaction and service excellence.
- Knowledge of food and beverage preparation and service.
- Protect restaurant and guests by adhering to sanitation and safety policies and regulations.
- Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks. Ability to work under pressure, be calm, organized, self-motivated, and work well with others.
- Ability to read, speak and understand English in order to follow directions, and procedures, and communicate with the team.
- Ability to learn and perform all essential job functions accurately and safely with minimal supervision.
