Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an operator on the EHR Team at Athelas Commure. In short our team has been building an operating system for doctors to interface with their patients and do things like schedule appointments, conduct visits, and bill out encounters. The product has already been sold to several health groups we now need to manage a smooth deployment.
We're looking for someone with great interpersonal skills and a keen product sense to help interface with our stakeholders. This person will be working with owners of clinics, our sales org, and our product org.
The role will involve interfacing with customers, managing the transition from old EHR systems to our new ones, and working with sales & talking new customers as they're brought on.
