- Position: Advanced Practice Provider - APRN - Weight Management - Medical Group
- Location: 2150 Waukegan Rd, Bannockburn, IL
- Full Time/Part Time: Full Time, 40 hours per week
- Hours: Monday - Friday between 8:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
- Required Travel: Skokie Ambulatory Care Center, Skokie, IL
- License: Advanced Practice Nurse (APRN) Licensure in the State of IL required; Federal DEA and Illinois Controlled Substance License required
- Education: N/A
- Certification: BLS/CPR certification required
- Experience: Prior APN experience preferred
- Skills: N/A
- Provide comprehensive health assessments, differential diagnosis, and prescribe treatments under the protocol in the direct management of acute and chronic illness and disease
- Provide patient education to promote wellness and prevent illness and injury for individuals, families, and communities.
