Position Highlights:

• Position: Advanced Practice Provider - APRN - Weight Management - Medical Group
• Location: 2150 Waukegan Rd, Bannockburn, IL
• Full Time/Part Time: Full Time, 40 hours per week
• Hours: Monday - Friday between 8:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
• Required Travel: Skokie Ambulatory Care Center, Skokie, IL

What you will need:

• License: Advanced Practice Nurse (APRN) Licensure in the State of IL required; Federal DEA and Illinois Controlled Substance License required
• Education: N/A
• Certification: BLS/CPR certification required
• Experience: Prior APN experience preferred
• Skills: N/A

What you will do:

• Provide comprehensive health assessments, differential diagnosis, and prescribe treatments under the protocol in the direct management of acute and chronic illness and disease
• Provide patient education to promote wellness and prevent illness and injury for individuals, families, and communities.
• Work autonomously and in interdisciplinary teams
