    Artlists legal department is looking for a lawyer to work closely with the growing enterprise sales department in our NYC offices.

Were scaling rapidly and looking for an Account Manager to join our growing account management team in our New York City office in the heart of SoHo. We are looking for individuals who embrace challenges and are eager to learn. Our Account Managers are responsible for the full renewal and upsell cycle and managing and nurturing relationships with our existing client base.

    Artlist provides video creators with high-quality music, sound effects, footage and digital assets, as well as powerful video and image editing software. Among our 16M clients are Google, Apple, Nike, Coca-Cola, IKEA, Mercedes, Samsung, Wix, Netflix, Dior... and many more.

    Core Skills/Responsibilities: Who are you?

    • Client: Retention/Upselling: Proactively build and nurture existing a portfolio of assigned accounts for both renewals and upsells. Identify opportunities for upsell and expanding services within accounts based on the clients evolving needs and usage patterns.
    • Pipeline & Relationship Management: Develop and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients across all industries, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty. Identify and track key performance indicators and regularly assess account health. Maintain accurate CRM information and pipelines.
    • Sales Meetings and Negotiations: Effective communication of Artlists value proposition when conducting regular sales meeting presentations, check-in with clients to discuss their objectives and address concerns. Align client company objectives with Artlist solutions for a value driven discussion, as a trusted advisor.
    • Collaboration: Cross-functional collaboration with internal and external teams including sales, marketing, product and customer support. Ensure alignment in providing a seamless customer experience when addressing renewals and upsells.
    • Adaptability & Ownership: Stay adaptable and agile. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to contribute to the development of sales strategies. Accountability and ownership for performance related metrics.
    • Results Driven/Quota Achievement: Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas. This involves renewals, negotiating upsell contracts, and ensuring that revenue goals are achieved.

    Requirements: What do you need to succeed?

    • Mindset & Vibe: A winning mindset with a positive attitude. Passion for music, video, and content creation is a plus.
    • Ownership: Ability to take full ownership of initiatives both internally and externally.
    • Performance: Ability to multitask between business development-related tasks and Sales cycles with a variety of customers.
    • Experience: 2 years of account management sales, sales development, or business development experience. Preferably in a B2B-oriented environment (startup, SaaS company).
    • Knowledge Base: Excellent knowledge of sales development and lead generation practices. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, presentation building, and CRM software like Salesforce.
    • Communication: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Articulate ideas clearly and concisely both internally and externally. Ability to work on a global scale (US, EMEA, and APAC).
    • Education: An undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
    • Languages: English. Both written and verbal.

    This position has a base salary range of $70,000 to $110,000. This salary range is reflective of a position based in New York, New York. Please note that actual salaries are commensurate with experience, and since Artlist has a location-based compensation structure, there may be a different range for candidates in other locations.
