    Hybrid/Remote Senior Labor & Employment Attorney

    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Labor and Employment (L&E) Attorney to join our dynamic legal team.

    This is a permanent position that offers the opportunity to work on a wide range of labor and employment matters, including wage and hour, discrimination, Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA), class actions, PAGA Representative Actions, and complex litigation.

    The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience handling complex litigation and employment litigation.

    As a Senior L&E Attorney, your duties will include:

    Representing clients in a wide range of labor and employment matters including wage and hour disputes, discrimination claims, PAGA, and class actions.

    Handling PAGA Representative Actions and complex litigation, including developing case strategy, conducting discovery, and presenting cases in court.
    Providing legal advice and guidance on employment law issues, including compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
    Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating employment contracts and other legal documents.
    Conducting legal research and analysis to support case preparation and strategy development.
    Keeping up-to-date with changes in labor and employment law and advising clients accordingly.
    Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
    A minimum of 5 years' experience handling complex litigation and employment litigation.
    Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex legal information clearly and persuasively.
    Admitted to practice law in the state and in good standing with the state bar association.
    Strong commitment to ethical legal practice and professional conduct.
