- Manage and develop the Army business development team

- +15 years overall experience, with a minimum 5 years of military or civil service experience and 5 years relevant business experience
- Minimum of 5-7 years demonstrated success in sales or business development in Army markets, with strong business acumen and experience with government contracting processes.
- Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence at all levels of client seniority.
- Proven track record of leading and executing account management for large, complex captures.
- 25% travel required on a national and international basis
- Active duty military experience, particularly in the United States Army.
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience with GSA FEDSIM bids
- Active Secret Clearance, Top Secret preferred
- Must be able to be in a stationary position more than 50% of the time.
- Must be able to communicate, converse, and exchange information with peers and senior
- Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a computer.

Role Summary:
As the Senior Executive Director, you'll play a pivotal role in expanding ManTech's footprint in United States Army Markets, with a keen focus on delivering high end technology and engineering solutions including: App Modernization/ Cloud Migration, predictive and contested logistics, Mission Operations Support/ Help desk, App Maintenance/ Agile/ DEVSECOPS, Digital Engineering implementation, Process Improvement/Automation, Deployed Support Infrastructure
The team you will lead is critical to achieving the Defense organization's vision to be recognized as a critical mission partner to DoD and the premier provider of digital modernization services and strategies
You will lead and inspire a team of Army BD executives, cultivating a pipeline for growth and reporting directly to the Senior Executive Director for our Joint Army, Air Force, Space Force, Marine and 4th Estate (JAASM4) Growth Organization
You will also align closely to the Army Division Manager who has established a segment strategy which will inform near and long-term business strategies and opportunity pursuits
